Domani Pizzería Napolitana

Domani describes itself as Chile's first Neapolitan pizzeria, founded by five friends who trained in Naples and brought back Acunto ovens -- a named Neapolitan oven-building family -- and pizzaiolos trained in Italy. Co-founder Cuto Oradini has spoken at length about the oven, which he says has run at 450°C almost continuously at its Manuel Montt location for close to fourteen years.
