Antica has run a wood-fired pizzeria out of San Isidro since 1999, growing from one small space into a seven-location Peruvian Italian chain, and a 24th-anniversary feature describes its wood oven, worked by pizzaiolos who hand-toss the dough into rounds, as the business's stated heart. Its own site confirms the San Isidro address is still trading alongside Barranco and Chacarilla locations, both also inside the Provincia de Lima boundary.
