One of Green Bay’s (Wisconsin) most beloved bakeries is rising into something bigger.
Voyageurs Bakehouse is moving just down the street, but the real leap is much bigger. The new space at 320 N. Broadway brings more than extra ovens and tables. It marks a shift from a morning bakery to an all-day gathering place with brunch, lounges, a kid-friendly area, and soon: sourdough pizza.

Parins says the transition felt natural: “We have the talent and the appetite, so we said, let’s bring something amazing to the community.”
Their new pizza oven is already in place. The team is starting small with brunch and lunch but plans to expand into evening service next year.
